EB Fitness Training is open and accepting new clients. The studio is regularly treated by BioPure Charleston, a hospital-grade disinfectant that is EPA registered and approved to be effective against the Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19).

As a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I understand that nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand when it comes to getting results. Together we will focus on developing healthy habits that won't leave you feeling deprived.

One of the most fulfilling aspects about being a trainer is watching my clients reach their fitness goals and exceed their expectations.
